Orange Photo Editor is a very simple image editor which is useful as a tool to produce thumbnails and HTML for people wishing to upload their photos to a web site. Orange Photo is freeware and though it hasn't been updated by the publisher since 2004, it has been tested and works in all modern versions of Windows include Win7, WinVista and WinXP.
Since it's not such a feature-packed picture editor, it can't really be called a suite, but what it does is still pretty useful and that is creating picture sizes for web uploads.

Orange Photo Editor can be used on a computer running either Windows 8 or Windows 7. Newer versions of the operating system like Windows 11 and Windows 10 should work but are not completely supported. It runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems with no dedicated 64-bit download provided.
